MG Motor India has expanded the Hector range with the six-seat and seven-seat Hector Plus, with prices ranging from Rs 13.34 lakh to Rs 19.12 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom, pan India).

The MG Hector Plus is offered in four trims that include Style, Super, Smart, Sharp, and Select. Customers can choose from six colours including Candy White, Glaze Red, Starry Black, Burgundy Red, Aurora Silver and Starry Sky Blue.

Feature wise, the MG Hector Plus comes equipped with a chrome front grille, 360-degree camera, six airbags, electric parking brake, powered tail-gate with smart-swipe function, captain seats for the second row with slide and recline function, eight colour ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, 10.4-inchtouchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, four-way power adjustable front passenger seat and six-way power adjustable driver seat.

The MG Hector Plus is available with three powertrain options including a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol motor, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol motor with a hybrid system and a 2.0-litre diesel motor. The petrol engine is capable of producing 141bhp and 250Nm of torque while the diesel mill produces 168bhp and 350Nm of torque. The 1.5-litre turbo-petrol motor is paired to a DCT and CVT unit while the petrol hybrid motor and diesel mill are offered only with a six-speed manual unit.
